Frances brings to her work, twenty-five plus year's experience as a psychotherapist, an entrepreneur and fifteen years as a speaker/trainer and a consultant in the business, government and educational sectors. The groups and individuals that Frances works with reap the benefits of knowledge and insight gained through her own experiences of success and failure.

 

In addition, as a psychotherapist, she is able to provide insight into what is beneath behavior that creates barriers between them and true productivity and happiness. Participants walk away from her seminars with practical solutions and tools that that they can put to immediately use.
